Working with Fibromyalgia

fibromyalgia in the workplace
Fibro Works

Going to work every day, in addition to all of the other things women with fibromyalgia need to do, can be challenging to say the least!  Sometimes just getting up and taking a shower uses up all of the energy we have.  Sometimes we have the energy to do the things we need to do in the morning, but by noontime we fizzle out.  Others have no energy in the morning, but then rally in the late afternoon or evening, and really get things done.

This section of Fibro Works deals with tips and advice for making the most of your work day.
